🛑 Cancellation Policy
- Course Access Begins Instantly: Once payment is successfully processed, your course access is activated immediately. Therefore, cancellations are not possible once the course has been accessed (fully or partially).
- If you mistakenly purchased a course and have not accessed any part of it, you can raise a cancellation request within 24 hours of payment.
- To request cancellation, contact us at care@skillkhojo.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
💰 Refund Policy
We follow a transparent no refund policy once the course content has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed.
However, a 100% refund will be initiated under the following conditions:
- You are unable to access the course due to a technical error on our part (e.g. login issues, incorrect activation).
- Your payment was deducted but course access was not granted within 24 hours.
To initiate a refund under these scenarios, email us at care@skillkhojo.com within 3 days of purchase, with the following details:
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Registered email ID
- Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)
🔁 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method, as per Razorpay’s standard timelines.
- Refund confirmation and transaction details will be sent to your registered email.
